My favourite pillow!
The pillow has a perfect shape for supporting the cervical spine. When your head rests in the hollow, it can't tip all the way to the side when you're lying on your back, which prevents any over-stretching. And at last, I also know where to put my arms without them going numb. Perfect!

I'm pleasantly surprised. I was sceptical at first, because this really was my last hope. I've tried a huge number of different pillows for my back and cervical spine. With all of them, I'd wake up in the night, or by morning at the latest, because my fingers, my hands and even my forearms were numb, and sometimes the pain was so sharp. But with this one, I don't have those problems any more! I'm so happy to finally be able to sleep comfortably again, and above all to sleep right through. It's true that price-wise it isn't a bargain, but it's an investment that's really worth it. I can recommend this pillow with a clear conscience.
